Could you please help? Maybe I would like to sell my rare seamaster calibre 560 because I would like to buy a nice Constellation . Where should I sell and how much should be the asking price. Thank you!

That means the dial has been repainted at some point in the past and not original anymore.

Also, around the plexyglass you'll see the bezel.

 

I have to disagree, I think the dial on OPs watch is original. Don't forget that this is a US market Norman Morris watch, so dial "rules" don't always apply to these watches. Also the case is correct and not missing its bezel.

 

That would also explain the "14K gold filled" in the outside of the caseback?. Always learning something new here!.

 

Thank you. I bought this watch from the States 8-10 years ago and I thought I am going to sell it . But before that I checked the calibre. ( I had never opened it) And than I read the research from , I think ,Desmond and realised that maybe worth more than I thought because of its relative rarity.
