·I like this reference so much that I ‘accidentally’ ended up with two, but today one needs to be sold to help fund my ongoing building project.
Omega Seamaster Professional 300m chronometer dive watch. Reference 2254.50, powered by an automatic calibre 1120 movement. Complete with original steel bracelet and an Omega service travel box.
Currently working well, keeping time and setting. Service history is unknown.
Nice original condition. It has been used and has marks and wear on the case and bezel, but I believe it is still unpolished and shows its original brushed finish to the sides. Being unpolished does mean it shows all its history, but also means there’s plenty of scope for a light refinish in the future if that’s what you prefer.
I love these 2254’s, they look great, wear really well, have the super reliable 1120 chronometer rated movement, that’s easy and inexpensive to service. They have a nod to the Seamaster 300’s of old with that easy to read big triangle black dial and sword hands. Plus, imo, they’re one of the best bargains left in the Omega world.
