Sorry, looks like middle low grade fake of a Planet Ocean Chrono with a 3313 movement. Omega calls it a 2218.50.00 The biggest issue is the subdials are completely wrong in what they denote, showing cheap movement inside which is the biggest tell. If you do not know what to look for it would not be hard to be fooled, the finishing on the case is pretty nice although the wrong shape.

    Otherwise
    1) Case back is missing some engraving ie professional the depth rating and logo.
    2) Missing serial number on case
    3) "Screw down" pushers are wrong
    4) HE valve is wrong size
    5) Bezel lume dot triangle is wrong size.. honestly alot of issues on that part I count about 3 things wrong.
    6) Swiss made is in wrong position on dial
    7) Bezel knurling is wrong
    8) Date wheel is wrong color.
    9) Subdial at 6 o'clock is worng size
    10) Seamonster engraving is wrong
    11) Subdials have engraved look which a real one would not have
    12) On the bright-side, subdial hands look to be better then a real one though

http://www.chrono24.com/en/omega/seamaster-planet-ocean-chronograph--id4022340.htm is a link to what it should look like.
