I would guess the dial is from the Seamaster Yachting 176.010 and repainted as the color and the subdials don't match with the original. according to the colorful description of the seller it only needs some polishing https://auction.catawiki.com/kavels/12759629 A few years ago I have bought one or two pieces there, but it has become one big scam in my eyes.
