I have an older seamaster 120M from the 90s, and in order to get it to fit right, I broke one of the permanent links. It is a little tight, any chance omega will sell me a link for 1501/823 bracelet? And what sort of prices should I be expecting? or ebay it?

Yes. They are just 18mm Bond links, take it into a Boutique or AD and they should sell you one and offer to fit it too for around £25.
