    I think age indeed. There is also no Tritium in the hands anymore and the color is the same as the left subdial hand.. they look legit to me

    Likely UV, the original paint/finish, moisture, and the degrading tritium combined... it's pretty common to see orange hands on Omegas turn shades of yellow (flightmaster, Jedi, Speedmaster MKII...)
