    Hi . I have a Omega Seamaster watch and inside is written 168.020 CB but the movement is cal . 565 automatic . I don't know if it is possible the movement have been changed. This is the pictures of the watch : 1.3.jpg 1.2.jpg 1.6.jpg 1.4.jpg 1.5.jpg

    First the dial has been badly refinished.

    Second reference 168.022 should have a caliber 564, the chronometer version of the caliber 565.

    Yep, that reference number (specifically the "8" in the third digit) corresponds to a chronometer. If it wasn't, it would have a "6" instead as in 166.0xx or similar.

    It's either a mismatch franken of dial, case, and caliber or a redial.
