·Hi.
Just got my SeaMaster 2 months ago and now notice a large delay in the hour hand. It’s about 10minutes behind.
So when it’s 12:11, that’s when the hour hand finally makes it to the 12.
mice looked online and see others have similar issues, although not as much (most say about 3-4 mins, and normally ahead - which I’d be fine with!).
what am I supposed to do?
I have brought it back to my place of purchase and they advised to keep it till January due to holiday season the repair centre with Omega to m Toronto being closed, and that they hope it will be repaired...
They didn’t seem to recognize this as a common problem at all...
Should I be worried or prepared for a fight with Omega on this?!?!
I have my warranty card of course.
Just hoping they won’t try to say this is acceptable?!?!
