Looks good with a wrong crown. 40 micron gold plated is ok. Any worn spots?

thank you but what do you mean with worn spots?
and how do you know that the case matches the movement/watch?

Hoi is saying because the case is gold plated, not solid or gold capped, to check carefully on the edges and especially the ends of the lugs to make sure the plate hasn't worn through to show the base metal. A quick internet search will show you lots of 166.002s came with cal 562s and the (possibly original) yellow gasket is a good sign in terms of originality, if not one of a recent service.

It does't seem to have any worn spots.
    Thank you for your help!
