Hello OF, Up for sale is a mid-late 1960s Seamaster Deville with a clean linen dial. It is an attractive watch and it comes with a generic mesh strap that goes well with the watch. Dial Original, unrefinished dial. It has a linen texture which catches the light at different angles and it looks nicer in real life. Photos do not do linen dials justice. Very very light spotting, accentuated in the photos to the best of my ability. Movement This watch has been recently cleaned and oiled by my watchmaker but it did not have a full service. I have receipt of the work done on it from my watchmaker. Unfortunately, I have forgotten to ask my watchmaker to take a photo of the movement and caseback so I am unable to provide that. As this is a front loader case, the closest watchmaker that is able to open this case is 3 hours drive away from me. I would prefer not to post it to him just to take more photos. If there are any issues with authenticity or franken movement, I will stand behind my sale and issue a full refund. Case Stainless steel case with bevels clearly present and the hippocampus still clear and sharp on the back. Please note that there is an engraving on the back. Please refer to the photos. I am pointing this out because some collectors do not like engravings. Personally, I do not mind if it is done well and it adds a little history. Nitty-gritties I am asking for £650 NOW£600 net to me, free shipping within the UK and overseas at cost with royal mail (approximately £10-15 more) I accept bank transfer and paypalWatch and I are located in UK. I have sold several other seamasters on the forum, feel free to ask for references. 3 day inspection period, buyer pays for return if not as described. Thanks for looking guys! And thanks to OF for the space.
Thanks David maybe the market is a little cooler here on OF. I’ll have to list it on the bay. Haha. Last bump for the week!
