Omega Seamaster Deville 1965 - New Case required

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I have a 1965 SM Devile which has a lug broken. The watch has a wedding present to me 20 years ago and it's been laying dormant for about 10 of those. I've attached some photos. I checked with Omega UK and they have quoted in the region of £550 for a new case. I'm not so concerned on the age of the case, would just like to be pointed in the right direction of where I could find one!

Ny main source would be to get an automatic search set up on eBay and see what turns up.
It might be easier to get a donor watch rather than trying to find just the case.

Donor watch has the added advantage of possibly having other useful parts besides the case (crown, crystal, stem, etc).
