·Offering up my Seamaster DeVille 166.020 as part of the restructure of my collection.
This has been my staple dress watch for the last 18 months but an incoming Constellation means it's on the block.
It's in excellent condition with the original crown and bracelet. Furthermore it has the very uncommon sigma dial markings, rather than the typical T marks. This denotes the hour markers are solid white gold.
Details:
Dial - factory original dial, not refinished or restored. Has a lovely textured finished and is marked with the sigma letters either side of Swiss Made, denoting the hour markers are gold. In wonderful condition throughout.
Case - stainless steel unishell case ref 166.020. Plain caseback, presumably to allow an engraving (although this example hasn't been engraved). In very good condition - original bevels still present. Original vintage Omega crown and crystal.
Movement - Omega cal. 563, automatic with quickset date. I had the case opened at my watchmakers early last year but neglected to take a photo. I don't have the tools/confidence to open myself. Running strong and keeping good time but service history is unknown. All functions including quick set date work as they should.
Bracelet - No.12, 7 link beads of rice bracelet with 570 ends. Came with watch when purchased and believed to be original.
Overall this is a lovely example in great condition with the very unusual sigma dial configuration.
Terms - £795 GBP net to me.
