Thank you. Good to know. Wasn’t sure how to treat all these international sellers - seem to be a lot from all over the world - SK, Israel, Japan, Brazil, etc. on eBay.

 

Japan tends to be genuine watches with more original than refinished dials.

S. Korea is a hot spot for refinished dials.

 

It depends on what you want. If a pretty watch to wear then that one is fine, it's all refinished (dial, case). If you plan to start a collection then you'll regret later.
