I had a hand-wind stainless steel, silver face Seamaster Cosmic that I bought new in 1973-1974 for about $75. I gave it away some years later, not thinking that I would ever want a manual wind again! I would love to have that watch back, as I wear hand-wind watches these days. Trying to ID it. Omega site was no help. I have never seen this watch on the pre-owned market. Any help would be appreciated.
If you are looking for a classic 60's Seamaster Cosmic version try looking for Omega ref. 135.017 (without date, cal. 601) or ref. 136.017 (with date, cal. 613). And if you are searching on Omegas vintage database you need to type "135.0017" if you arelooking for version with no date.
