I just purchased this watch and I would like the members opinion as to its authenticity.
I really like the watch but am curious about it.

Its been put together from mismatched parts.

The case is NOT for a Seamaster Cosmic.

Might it be a redial too? It says Tritium, but I do not see the lume, except on the hands. I thougth the T was only applied in case the dial itself contained tritium.

 

Look more closely, there is lume at the tips of the applied markers.

The case is actually for a reference 2981 cal 503 Geneve.
