    Hi all,

I am new here and I just bought my first Omega watch and wanted to ask the Omega community couple of questions:
    1. Does this watch look original?
    2. Would you recommend to take it to be checked? The listing said "Fully serviced and polished".
    3. I can't locate the watch using the serial number from the pictures, is that normal?

Thank you for your time and advice!

There’s a member selling the same model in private watch sale section I believe. Might be worth doing a comparison buddy

Ask them for proof of the service. If they hsve this, you shouldn't need to have it checked. If they don't, take the service claim with a pinch of salt.

Hands look wrong to me, there should be a thiner line of tritium rather than the ones put on this watch.
I have seen different types of bezel going on this watch, mine is different (with no tritium/luminova inside) and to be honest I don't know which one is correct.
When checking on Chrono24, none have these hands and you can see the different bezels, that will give you a good idea of what the reference looks like

@Delbok your watch has a correct but service replacement bezel, identifiable by the more elongated numerals. This is mine with original bezel, note the flatter numerals. If you look at either side of 40 you can see where the surface has delaminated, which nearly always happens with original bezels and is why so many of this model have had them replaced.

Thank you for all the comments and help,
I do see the difference now. I'm not sure if I want to keep it or send it back now.
