Looks to be in exceptional condition. The light tarnishing of the gold is a good sign that this piece is untouched, and the matching seamaster box is a good sign as well. If this piece is a true NOS example, which it seems like it is, then it's probably worth anywhere between $1,500 to $2,500, in my opinion.
Case and dial look good and the two-tone style is unusual for this reference. Nice overall vintage look to the watch.

A 2489 with a pristine dial is very uncommon in my experience, far less common than 2846s with spotless dials, so when I stumble across one I usually suspect that some work has been done.
This is a rare original watch.
