    I would like to ask for your opinions in this omega seamaster whether is a collectible as it is chronometer version as well as market value for this type of watch

    That's probably a service replacement dial.

    What is the clue? The "s"? Should it be coat hanger?

    The fonts look later than they should be, and I'm not even sure that case ever housed chronometer calibers. Would have to see the insides to be sure.

    Dial looks original to me. This dial style (with slight variation) came in 35mm cases - with both the cal. 564 movement and a more uncommon version with the cal. 1011 chronometer movement for the japanese market.

    From my collection, this is the version with the cal. 564 movement:
