Just picked up this fella recently... I have never seen one with this case style (flat pushers) with Seamaster on its dial, so it could be wrong and the database doesn't have any info so any information is good... Maybe a transitional model? It dates around 1965. It houses a cal. 321 Unfortunately one hand has dropped off the subdial and it will need a new crystal. I have another question, does the crystal and bezel look like it can be removed on these cases? The loose hand is buggin' me...
Date of the movement looks right for the reference, about 1965. However, now that I've seen the pictures, I think that dial may have come from a different cal. 321 watch, such as a Ref. 105.0004 or similar: http://www.omegawatches.com/spirit/history/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database?ref=20765 Get the proper crystal and have the watch guy pop the hand on at the same time. gatorcpa
This is all good. My concerns were correct. I still think this would make a nice daily A nice frankenchrono
Alex, I like your latest avatar. Is this a Corporal Jones reference, combined with the dancing squirrel?
