The scratches are a superficial cosmetic issue, you will have to decide for yourself if they bother you. They seem pretty minor to me. It's hard for me to tell the condition of the hands from the photos. At first I thought that the lume was very light in color, which would be a little strange, but then after looking more closely, I started to think that most of the lume has fallen out, and the light color is the dial showing through.

For pricing, I'd suggest going through the Private Sales section and looking at asking prices for similar Seamasters from that era. It doesn't have to be exactly the same reference, e.g a 2577 would be a perfectly good comp.

Side profile shots look like it's seen a buffing wheel.

Missing case clamp and screw.

Price is high, but most watches on c24 are.

Are you specifically looking for a date at six?

Thanks all for the quick responses. Seller is the same as Dutch Dials - was able to confirm that. I see what you mean by the missing case clamp, pretty important I would imagine! Not necessarily wedded to the date being at the sixth but I do like the aesthetic of it (whether sixth or third, not particularly fussed). I'll have a look at some past sales of similar models to get a feel for pricing as well in the interim.
