Hello, I would like to ask you if Omega Seamaster ref. 2766 exists also with cal. 354 (center second) and not only with cal. 344 (second at six o'clock). Please look at following pictures of ref. 2766 gold capped Seamaster. Is cal. 354 his movement?
Either the case has the wrong movement or the wrong case back. Ref 2766 should not have a center seconds movement.
I have new macro pictures of the case back. There is another light reference. Have you never seen it?
It was a fairly common practice, although I’ve not seen this combination before. https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-seamaster-omega-ck-2766 https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-seamaster-omega-ko-2767 gatorcpa
For what its worth, my Seamaster cal 344 with seconds at 6 o/c is ref CK2576-6 from 1952ish ( 13.58 million)
Personally, i dont like the 2 distinct different colour combinations of the movement Also the rotor has some severe rubbing on it - is there matching rubbing on the inside of the case back? There seems to be some - from about dichtung to fondo texts, but hard to see from photos - so you can verify, although all this signifies is that the rotor and case have been together for a long time
