·Offering up my sparkle dial Seamaster, with cal 565, fully serviced by Mitka in January this year. This is a great watch, that wears very well due to the 38mm sized case. Selling as since I bought it last year I've decided to have a strict reorganisation of my collection.
Price - £585 GBP net to me. I'll cover insured, worldwide postage. Buyer to cover any fees associated with payment.
Watch is located in UK.
Dial - Sparkle dial in great condition with applied hour markers and logo. Factory original, not repainted, refinished or relumed. Original hands.
Case - 38mm stainless case with 22mm lugs. Has age related wear and a couple of scratches, the most significant is on the caseback. The original sunburst finish is still evident. Being 38mm rather than 36mm, it wears more like a modern watch than many of the vintage Seamasters.
Movement - Omega cal.565 automatic. Fully serviced by Mitka in December/January 2019 and featured on his blog - linked below. As you can see the hairspring was originally damaged and we had planned to replace it, but Mitka reworked the original instead and it now works flawlessly.
Overall a great watch with a beautiful sparkle dial. The larger case size is perfect fir those who like vintage watches but finds many of the 34mm Seamasters too small. Fully serviced and ready for daily wear.
Will come with leather strap shown in pictures.
