    Hi,

I am looking into buying a used Seamaster Aqua Terra 2518.50.00. Can anybody see anything raising any concerns with this one?

The serial number is in the 59M range, which according to the serial number lists on several sites predates this model which I believe was released in 2002. The warranty card says it was bought in 2007. But I have seen similar on other examples of this model.

The part number 899 on the bracelet is printed differently than on most other I have seen.

    Regards,

    Knut

I don;t see anything that jumps out at me. The serial number comes up with the right reference number...

    Serial number: 59881670
    Article ref: 25185000

Those serial number lookup charts are only marginally good on automatic movements and probably worthless on quartz movements like this one. I would trust the date on the card over one of those charts. As long as you are looking for the quartz version, it looks good to me.
