Hi, I think the dial and hands have been re-lumed and the case has been polished pretty hard. A side on pic will tell if it is an original case. The movement has a few differing colors but that can sometimes just be the lighting. I'd pass on this but wait for the experts to chime in.

I agree on the relume. The one tell for me is the absence of the little hole on the 6 marker
