For sale is a beautiful vintage Omega Seamaster 600 reference 135.011. This watch was purchased from the first owner and is in all original condition. Case: Overall, the case is in excellent condition and is unpolished. The inside of lugs are sharp and bezel contours are retained. There are tiny superficial scratches, commensurate with age. Case measures around 34.5 mm without crown and just under 40 mm lug to lug. Crown: Signed original flat foot crown. Caseback: Excellent condition screw down caseback with sharp Hippocampus. Inside is marked 135.011. Movement: Cal 601 movement, adjusted in two (2) positions. 22.3 mil serial dates this to around 1965. This watch was not serviced in my possession but has been running well. Winding is very quiet. However, if you intend on wearing it daily, a service is always recommended. Dial: Original unrestored silver sunburst dial in excellent overall condition. Onyx hour markers Swiss Made at 6 o’clock. Hands: Original hands. There is some loss to the minute marker, which can be seen on close inspection. Crystal: Original flat foot Omega crystal. There is a small internal hairline crack between 4 and 5 o’clock. I decided not to replace the original crystal for completeness. A few specks of dust are seen on the inside of the crystal. Strap: 18mm inexpensive black leather strap with stainless steel buckle. For this watch, I am asking $600 which will include shipping in the USA. Love to see these with original crystals on them, really looks totally untouched. A little out side of my current focus or I'd be all over this.
I think I bought the one tomvox1 sold. Absolutely gorgeous piece, wears larger the case size would suggest. Great price, someone should definitely jump on this. GLWS.
Getting close. Maybe a drop to an even $600 for a Seamaster 600 will help. If you think about it, it's only $1 per Seamaster, which is quite reasonable
