What's special forces specific about it? Just looks like a Seamaster

I am unable to upload at the moment, I have more photos of the back and inner workings. I will keep trying but the innertube is very slow here today

Why would a a special forces watch be a gold plated dress style watch? Perhaps part of the James Bond Spy outfit?

Forgetting for the moment this dubious provenance, you need to figure out what is ticking inside. From the picture you posted looks a poorly redialed, gold plated watch. If this was an eBAY listing with these pictures I doubt anyone would buy for 380$

I think it is 1967 according to a printout from the innerweb with a serial starting with 30?

The markings on the watch are for the Afghan National Army, not special forces.
I am guessing this is a ref 135.011 and over the years I have seen many examples, all with the same off center Omega logo on the back. Here is a link to another website with some examples.

You are looking at a low grade Omega that has a refinished dial and movement in poor condition. I would think value wold be around 100$
What you should ask yourself is whether you are willing to pay almost 4 times what the watch is worth because of an ANA marking - which is not terribly rare. My 2c

Agreed. People seem to spend a lot of time looking for things that aren't there.

It's the word "military" that makes people do silly things.
