    Hello guys,

I bought a Seamaster 600 without seeing photo's of the inside, I received the watch yesterday but I noticed the caseback number is 136.012. All the parts of the watch look original to me but I'm not sure if this is the right case for the watch.
Can you help me with this matter?
(sorry for the phone pics, I didn't had time to make proper pictures with my camera.)

However, when we consult the OVDB for 136.011, the dial description says:

DIAL: Metal, with metal hands. With "Seamaster", "Seamaster 600", or "Genève" on the dial.

So the way Omega managed dial configurations in the 1960s wouldnt surprise me if yours is totally legitimate.

    Thank you @JimInOz
You are right, that's the information I could find as well but the strange thing is; is has the cal.611 and the dial really looks original to me. I made another photo with my phone and a loupe:

The Geneve shouldn't have the engraving on the caseback, it is a seamaster caseback? I almost can't believe someone took the effort to fit a cal.611 in the wrong case with the original dial and engrave the caseback.

The Seamaster logo was used on both Seamaster and Genève models, it's not a problem.

Thanks again @JimInOz & @tdn-dk I have learned something again today. So probably as it is now is original and not messed with. (I bought the watch from a guy that said had it for 40 years now and only brought it a couple of times to a watchmaker for service)
