    Help required. I have recently purchased this Omega Seamaster ST165.024 and want to know a bit more about the hands. I have not seen this combination before as they appear to be from a Railmaster. They appear to be original to the watch judging by the patina and wear to the lume. I asked Omega directly but they pointed me in the direction of their Extract of Archives Department which were no help for the near £100 they charged. Do any members have any information on other models with the same hand set up??? Many thanks in advance IMG_2580.jpg IMG_3598.JPG

    The hands are from the earlier 2913 SM300
    I’ll be happy to trade you the correct hands :)

    Are the hands incorrect or would they have been fitted originally. they do look as though they are original to the watch

    +2 ... ::bleh::

    ...and these match the dial lume on your 165024-64 :whistling:

    The Broad Arrow 2913 H/M handset you have on it now could not have been fitted on your 165024 originally. They were phased out around the end of 1958/early 1959 production.

    Your's are 1st generation hands on a 3rd generation Seamaster300. Hands may have been installed long ago but were not original to the watch.
