It may be worth it to get it running, but not cleaned up unless you are an expert in vintage and this vintage watch. In fact the slightest miss step in cleaning up or refurbishment by a jeweler or uninformed watchmaker may seriously reduce the value for a collector.

Yea where abouts are you located? You need a vintage specialist for that watch, someone that knows how to do a correct sympathetic restoration of a quality piece, the difference is rather stark, if someone polished the case up heavily, replaced the dial and bezel, the watch could be worth half as much afterwards, so don't send it to any jeweler or watchmaker you happen to find. The year is most likely 1960s value in its current state, hard to say really I'm not a great judge of these but if it sold between $1200 and $2000 somewhere in there I wouldn't be surprised, the servicing may be expensive and if you're trying to sell it, it may be better to sell it precisely as-is.

Very nice watch! I agree with the above comments on value and would recommend you don't have any work done to it, sell it as is. The work would be expensive and could be detrimental to value. Many collectors (me included) prefer to buy a watch in this state as you know its original and can have it restored to your own standard.
Manufacture date is roughly 1964 - 1969. The second hand is usually seen on earlier models rather than this one but it might be correct. The band is not original.
