Hi all. Newbie question. New to the forum an all. Interested in buying one. Hope i am not out of line by saying so. Just wondering if anyone is getting a little discount on these. I am assuming no way with the Boutiques. But what about the AD's? Be nice to save a few dollars. Thanks.
No harm in asking. I am getting mine hopefully this weekend or early next week. There are no ADs where I live so buying from a boutique, however I am able to claim the duty back so I will get a fair chunk of change back anyway.
Doesn't hurt to ask at all. I don't think these will sell out right away. The aqua terra limited can be found on grey market for a significant discount. If you can wait 6 months, you should be able to get a good discount.
I bought mine two weeks ago from the Boutique. No discount....full price plus 6% sales tax. I agree, if you wait the AD's or Gray Market "may" get them but it will take awhile. I wanted mine NOW so I paid the price to play. I talked to one of the largest GM dealers in the US about this model and they told me "if" they get any it would be 2016. Hope that helps. Donald
Just to tide you over... I bought mine at the Omega boutique in LA. They threw in a pen...quite nice... Of the 7,007 pieces, only about 1,500 will make it to the US., according to the boutique manager.
gahhhh dirty crystal photo! I'm sure you can get at least a 10% discount if you go in there adamant to buy and not f around.
Cool thanks! Btw, are there any obvious benefits to buying from an Omega boutique over an Authorized Dealer?
Same thing, as opposed to gray dealers who often void the warranty.... But do give 25 percent average discounts on new watches
