Hello! I have some people say it is relume and some say it is not, can you expert see if it is a relume or not? Thank you!
And if it is relumed , what does that do to Value? and is that a dealbreaker for a collector or is it like changeing hands, not that much important? Is there a chanche to find old genuine dials?
I don't class myself as an expert but in my opinion it has been re lured, particularly messy 6 and no sign of any holes at 6 or 12 (although these can be difficult to see on non BT dials) You should though see some trace of them with a loupe.
Up to you if it a deal breaker, only you can decide. Difficult if not impossible to find a loose, good condition, original dial for sale.
Yes, but i think that if the watch is in good stand on all the other things, it might still be a collectors watch or not?
I think people have pretty much stated what they think and it is for you to decide whether you feel the price it is being offered to you for is the right deal. In simple terms yes the re-lumed dial will have a fair impact on the value of the watch. If you buy it with the correct discount (allowing for the re-lume) and you are happy with it then that is what matters - at least you have made an informed decision. We cannot decide that for you. If you really expect to buy it and then replace the dial you may as well wait for a good one to come along as it will arrive long before a replacement dial will and will cost you a lot less overall.
You'd not see the pinholes if the lume was missing. That being said the new one looks off somehow to my eyes, or is it just the photos? Looks very flat. At the very least I'd want better photos. I'd be looking for something like this:
