It appears to be a refinished dial and a pretty good job.



The Omega symbol doesn’t have the uplifts


The “S” to the “e” in Seamaster is off, also not visible in this picture is the “s and “t” which is also different.


The 6 is more rounded

You're comparing two very different dials. Date dials can't really be compared to the no-date dials. Big triangle dials aren't like the standard dials. There are about a dozen +/- variants between the two references.

Ah, I think that may have been the one. The seller had a few different types for both vintage Speedmasters and Seamasters. Any insight?

I reported them and all of their fake shit was removed by eBay. They are now on my watch list to see if they relist.
