Omega Seamaster 2254

Hello All!

I am looking to purchase a Seamaster 2254. I would ideally like one with box and papers. What do you think is a fair price to pay for one in good condition? These watches are over a decade old so I will probably need to have it serviced. Also any suggestions on where to go to buy one would be great! Currently surfing Chrono24 and Ebay.
