    Hi All,

New member here. Been browsing anonymously for years and great knowledge gathered from many of the kind members contributions.

Regarding the mentioned Seamaster, is there any changes from the 2531.80 to the 2220.80 in terms of the bracelet and clasps? I have just acquired a 2220.80 after years of "Omegaless" (previously 2531.80, Seamaster bond chrono, Seamaster America's Cup Chrono, PO Chrono, PO 8500 and Vintage Seamaster 300 WatchCo) and noticed that on the 2220.80, the clasps and bracelet numbers are sort of laser engraved compared to the 2531.80 which is deeply engraved.

I don't doubt the authenticity of it as the numbers matches the cards and Omega's email stating that it houses a 2500D movement via its serial numbers. Though this is not my first Omega, somehow I am interested to know if there was some differences/variations in the engraving of the clasps and bracelet.

All help is very much appreciated. Thanks Guys.

    Cheers.
