    Hello,

I need advices and authenticity check on an Omega Seamaster 1020 Day & Date.

This one has been renovated, some pieces of the motor have been replaced + polished + the acrylic glass also changed. The serial number is not present anymore due to these changes.

Is this one an authentic Omega ? I checked the model, it refers to a gold one.

Moreover, the price is fixed around 800€. I compared with other models and it seems for me a little bit high. What do you think ?

    Thank you,

Genuine but too expensive for a "restored" watch of this type.

This is not a really desirable piece for collectors. I would search for something with a Calibre 55x or 56x from Omega. This Watch is Worth 350€ max, the work done adds little value to this piece.
