Hi Everyone, First listing on the forums and I'll try to follow all the rules. **Cliffnotes** Case Material : Stainless Steel with 40 micron gold plating. Case Size : 38mm diameter Reference : 166.064 Movement Caliber : 752 Automatic Movement Serial : 32,XXX,XXX Year of Production : Early/mid 70's Functionality : Winds, sets, and runs. Quickset date works, day function not. Crown : Omega signed crown. Condition : Overall condition is good, with expected wear and tear. Please note the crown-side plate-loss and a previous DIY restoration. To my knowledge, all parts are original. Asking Price: $400 USD shipped CONUS via PayPal FF or buyer pays fees. F2F possible in North Jersey/NYC area. For sale my vintage automatic Seamaster dating to the early/mid 70’s (serial 32,XXX) in 40 micron gold plated stainless steel with day/date functions. The 38mm cushion case wears large and has general wear and plating loss in several areas. Please particularly note the crown-side, and lug-area wear. It appears a previous owner tried to "restore" the plate loss on the crown-side. However, it is still very presentable and striking. The watch has correct and matching case, dial, hands, movement, crown, and caseback as compared to the attached original Omega archive information. The acrylic crystal is in great condition, with no major/deep scratches or chips impacting the view. This 752 caliber movement falls in line with one of the last great series of Omega’s in-house movements before adopting quartz and ETA movements. The watch is keeping time for a vintage piece, and the quickset date works perfectly (toggle the crown between the position 2 and 3). However, please note that the day wheel is stuck at SAB (Saturday) and does not change. Previous owner stated he had the watch tested for water-resistance at Omega NYC. However, since I don't have the paperwork, water-resistance is no longer guaranteed and servicing is recommended. The 22mm hooded lugs are mounted with an brand new dark brown leather strap. I have a 100% seller feedback (including multiple vintage Omegas) on eBay and have this watch listedPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network there as well. I've had a few high-end purchases/trades on various forums and references can be provided. My handle on other forums and Instagram is the same. Would prefer the buyer to have similar references. Watch is sold as-is, unless significantly not as-described. Thanks OF for the space! Now here are some photos:
