I am looking for a replacement dial for a 166.003 Seamaster cal. 565. Is there any chance someone has one with the same configuration but in better conditions?

You can try eBay, there are usually a couple dozen dials on there, in various conditions.

Yes I'm checking regularly but couldn't find anything suitable yet, that's why I was hoping someone here had this.

Generally not easy to find good dials listed as spares. Usually it’s the reverse.
