If you are interested, I can give the link where the watch is located.

    Thank-you.

I am surprised when you asked, 'is it even real'. It is shocking because this watch is up for sale at Amsterdam Vintage Watch.

I did not have any diver watch on offer - 'upset I missed your last watch'. It could be someone else and not me, I think.

    Thank-you

No worry, I am here to learn about diver watches, especially Omega Seamaster, from enthusiasts and experts in this forum.

Really, it is not easy to pick up one that is totally factory-original, nowadays, It is either you come across, one that had retouched hands, franken or a fake. I cannot tell the difference and that being the reason, I am relying on the informed people in this forum to educate me, all the time.

It seems, some of the reputable dealers happen to be carrying stocks, which make me feel very uncomfortable to wear or own. This is the world of today, we have to be wary, at all times.

    Thank-you.

Check out the seamaster on cars and watches. It looks like a great example. I was interested to buy it but it's on hold for an Italian customer .

Why are you worried about stock at dealers?

Also why did you sell your nice example the other week?

No, I have never owned an Omega Seamaster diver watch and how could I sell one?

Likely, it could be someone else.

There are some dealers who are ignorant about the originality of the vintage-watches, they sell.

    Thank-you.

That is a good one, too.

It may not be as good as yours. However this is the best I have seen, outside of yours. It is not surprising, already reserved for someone else.

    Thank-you.

Congratulations for picking up a spectacular watch and wear it in good health.

It is not easy to get a good, clean and original Seamaster diver watch, whether the 300m of the 60's or the 120m of the 70's, in this environment today. Demand is growing while supply remains stagnant. As a result of which, we are presented with frankens and fakes, as well as, molested examples.

    Thank-you.

Once you have your beautiful watch, please take more pictures of that watch, to share with us.

As with regard to MyVintageOmega's darling, very unlikely he will ever part with it, unless of course he gives up vintage-watch collecting, altogether.

    Thank-you.
