A 145.016 in 18k located in Canada. Price is pretty dear but case does look to be quite sharp. No experience with the seller.
Edit: Another here with a much less sharp case and not as great condition

That Montreal Pawn one has been for sale for a long time and 2 years ago they had the price at 7k USD. After I contacted them in hope to buy it, but they didn't want to agree with me on price, they added couple grand to the price and it has been sitting there for long time.
The other one has major obvious flaws - the dial is very wrong (should have radial subregisters) and hands are wrong etc.
But, I have actually found one that I might get one day. Private seller and he's holding it for me.
