This reference 145.006/016 has 15 variations if my memory serves me correctly.
145.006 was used from 1966-1968.

38mm in diameter (without crown)

Correct parts

CONDITION

The dial has dust (maybe the paint from the minute hand), but mostly noticeable under magnification
Crystal has an Omega logo, and has scratches
The minute hand has some paint coming off
Has been polished before and has lost some of the sharpness on the edges, but still shows circular brushing
As you can see from the photos, there are dings and scratches
The lume is yellowish-greenish
The watch keeps time, but loses some. I have to check for accuracy. The chronograph works.

STRAP
Edit: strap was sold with another watch. I can put it on something I have left over.
