Bezel is definitely a replacement. There are both 36mm and 31mm versions of the SM120 out there. There's a very extensive thread on here about how to spot fake 120s. I suggest you read through it

Even on a small man's wrist they look silly.

 

Look at the size compared to the wrist, seems pretty clear to me?
