One of my most wanted. I bid for one on eBay the other day with blurry pictures. It was sitting at a low price up until 2 hours before. I set my snipe up but woke up to find I was beaten

Fair call. I bid a thousand bills and figured nobody would be ballsy enough to go all out for something with photos of this quality:



I was wrong.

 

I never bid even amounts, if I'm going to outlay say $600 as my limit, I always set my snipe up for $617.80 or something, that way if there are other bidders just hedging with a five or ten dollar float over the even 600, I'll win.

Unless the other party does an Ashley and bids $620

 

That's pretty much what happened. I bid $1,002.73 but someone bid $1,045 before the end so my snipe max was too low and esnipe just deleted it. If I'd stayed awake I'd probably have pushed it up but ce la vie.

Anyway, thread hijack. OP, your watch is awesome

 

This one has just been to STS so has a 2 year omega warranty. I have the brand new mesh bracelet to go with it. Looks great on the nato though don't you think?



Is it an earlier model than the baby Plo?

It glows like a Christmas tree at night too. The bezel is still bright too! (Once your eyes get used to the dark).
