·Something of a reluctant sale this one. I absolutely love the watch, the styling, colour of the lume, the fact it's great as a daily wearer, but it's just slightly too small for me. I have large-ish wrists - almost 8" and despite trying this with various bracelet/strap options, I can't get over the fact that in sports watches I really need 39-42mm.
This watch is no safe queen. It came to me in non-running condition but it was fully original. It required a full, extensive and time consuming overhaul at STS in the spring, but now keeps good time, all functions work as they should and it even passed its water resistance test (although I'd think twice before actually going diving with it!). I've tried to include plenty of pictures in various lighting conditions to accurately display the watch.
Details:
Dial - factory original matte black dial, with no loss of print/text. Lume is original and a lovely shade of yellow. Hands are original with original lume. Hand lume has aged to a more green hue and I toyed with having the hands relumed to match the dial but ultimately decided to leave them as-is as for the sake of originality.
Bezel - original bidirectional Seamaster 120 bezel with light wear. These are impossible to find if they are missing.
Case - original 37mm case and caseback. I decided against having this refinished at all so it carries some wear. Passed its pressure test at STS. Modern Omega crown.
Movement - Omega automatic cal. 565, with quick set date. Fully serviced by STS in May/June this year. Remainer of warranty. Any defective movement parts were replaced with original Omega parts by STS at service. Movement is running flawlessly all functions work as they should. Paperwork will be supplied.
Accessories - Genuine Omega leather strap and buckle (pictured). Omega service pouch (not pictured).
Price - £1795 via bank transfer. Free p&p.
