Omega Seamaster 105.001 - repainted dial and/or replacement hands? (photos)

I've been in the market a little while for a clean, original Omega Seamaster calibre 321 in steel. I came across the following 105.001 but my reasonably untrained eye is struggling with whether the dial has been repainted? I also think the hands may be replacements given there is no lume?

Is anyone more familiar with the watch able to confirm my suspicions?

    Definetely a redial.

One glaring fault is the wrong Seamaster font.

Thanks. A shame, I thought I'd struck a nice clean example but alas didn't feel right.
