Not what is called a 'Scarab' so crab works for me. Scarabs come in 2 sizes, I've only seen these in one.

This one's a Scarab (still waiting for it!). Norm has a really nice example.

During the past year I have seen a very nice looking one for sale in the UK. It is advertized as having the original finished dial......It is not.
Minty dials are exceedingly rare in these. One tip off is finding them with "Swiss Made" on the dial, These should not have it, too early.

This is case ref. 615 which is 30mm in diameter. The scarab as shown by Kyle is a 35mm watch and is larger. The larger scarab is a personal favorite of mine.

Something about the lugs on mine that just attract me. Looking forward to get this one! ;) after that the scarab, then who knows, maybe an upgrade to a lobster?
