Hey All, I have a warranty card that reads Jeweler: OMEGA SA Rue Stämpfli 96 CH-2500 Bienne 4 Does this mean that this watch was purchased directly from Omega and not an AD?
I have one also. My PO Chrono was sent to Bienne because it stopped working 3 months after purchase. Omega ended up replacing it with a new one that came from Bienne with the stamped card like you describe. I would guess that yours is a replacement for a warranty like mine.
Can come from a lot of things, warranty replacements watches that are given as gifts or prizes, demonstration models, watches issued to brand ambassadors, special orders like the X-33 custom caseback military models etc
I have a reply, "This watch was provided by Omega for the actress to wear on screen (the attached release letter in the package will explain)". That's why it has Omega SA on the card. Good to know!
