An acquaintance of mine recently discovered this watch in her cellar. To my eyes, it looks to be in quite nice shape. The watch is running and comes with its original box. She is looking to sell it. I am in no way an expert in these watches. For those of you who are more familiar with them, do you see any glaring defects with this one? I did a preliminary search online and it looks like most are selling around 1k USD.

One might get $1000 for a really nice 14K gf DD of this vintage with no engravings on a BOR.

This would probably struggle to make half that in an open auction.
