Good day!
Please advise on the crown for reference 166.0169.
I found information that it should be 42052ST. However, I see that many watches of this reference have a crown with a slightly conical top instead of a flat one. Which is more correct?

Most of them that look original appear to have the slightly curved top crown, they look very similar but that one looks both more correct and imo is better aesthetically given the case shape has a lot of smooth curves

I like it better too. But unfortunately I couldn't find its correct designation and I can't find it for sale.
On the ofrei.com website there are two head options for this case, in addition to 42052 there is also 43269.
on omegawatches.com in the picture the crown is curved, but without the Omega logo. https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-geneve-omega-st-166-0169

Thank you very much! Is this the full length or from the center axis to the tip? Maybe you know the exact part number of the second hand?

And so as not to bother you twice, please tell me, for cal 269 the anchor wheel should have the part number 265 1305 or will 260 1305 be suitable? Is the anchor wheel from cal283 (also 265 1305) compatible? Thank you very much!

Hand lengths are always measured from the center to the tip.

There are many - you would have to show me what colour and style is required.

Escape wheel for 269 is 265-1305
