Personally I would by pass this, as stated in the add it is a redial, which might be ok with some but if you want to collect good examples then original is always going to be more attractive for most collectors. I suppose it depends on what you are after, if you don t mind having a redial and it is a good price it might be worth considering. I have very little knoweldge about movements and if it looks good or not, so can t comment on that.
Waiting for the "right" watch to come along will be more satisfying in the long run, it might take weeks, months or years but it is worth the wait.

That movement looks like it's had a hard life and it's an obvious redial.

It's no where near a collector piece and most here wouldn't buy it, but if you like it....

I would pass on this its better to wait for the real thing to come along. redial movement looks as if its gone 10 round with mike Tyson .

How can he guarantee anything if he doesn't even know the difference between and automatic and a manual wind movement?

How would he know what he dealing with, since he doesn't seem to know much about watches at all?

    Hi Everyone...

Ok here is an example you DONT want to buy the watch and DONT BUY THE Seller... ...

Its a minefield out there buying on Ebay... sometime the risk is worth the reward.. and sometimes its not.

    Good Hunting

    Bill

PS I would not buy this watch ...

My guess is he would take the watch back if it is shown not to be authentic. That's the guarantee. The seller could clarify.

You apparently missed the chart I posted:

    WatchFlowChart.png

Step 1 disqualifies this watch. There are more problems like that shitty movement, but that's moot since the watch doesn't get far according to the chart.

I could be wrong, but hands arent original, nor are they Ranchero. From my understanding this is what they should look like

Notice that wide side of the arrow is curved and not straight like in OP watch. Also, lume on the minute hand should cover most of it, and not only part like in OP.

Again, could be wrong, but thats my understanding.

That was the first thing I noticed about this one. The hands are certainly replacement, and not even the right size anymore.
