    Hello everybody,

    I need your knowledge :)
I'm about to buy this watch on internet. I just need some advice... Except the crown which is not created, do you think the rest is ok ?

    Thank you very much,

I am not a Ranchero expert. However it did strike me that the color tone of the balance cock is different from that of the rest of the movement. This can indicate it has been replaced. It is up to you whether that is of any consequence.

    Thx for your answer Cimo.
Now you tell it, you're probably right... I think its not a big consequence for me.

Dial looks good. All three hands are original.
    Case is nice.
What's the serial number first 3 digits?
Let's see the caseback. Both sides.

Movment is correct for this year , although would like to see a clearer photo.
Hands are original the dial looks original but in ok condition I would say 4 out of 10 IMHO, case looks unpolished.
Crown you all ready know about you can pick up a service one quite easily.
The price does reflect the condition I would be looking for a bit of the top to seal the deal.

Dial, hands look all original, case looks to be unpolished however the lugs look to be a bit rough round the edges this might be due the the HD photos, braclet I would like to see the end links and the clasp I would be asking for case front and back photos movment photos and any service history if there's no service history factor in $500 for a service . These watches are staring to get more popular with collecter so hense the price is only going one way that's up for a genuine original. What price is the seller asking ?
I have attached a photo of mine I would rate mine a good 7-8 as its all origanil and on a white dial .

Serial number is critical., especially with the color difference
    showing on the movement pieces.
I'd want to see 166xxxx-168xxxxx to feel warm and fuzzy
although it could be a bit outside this range and still be ok.
Inside caseback looks ok. I'd want to see outside
caseback though. Should have nice machining circles
    and WATERPROOF stamped.
Bracelet is wrong on second example. Just a cheap "make it
look good" later flat rice. If it came with a bracelet, it should be beaded
rice with sliding clasp, which was the rice bracelet style that
Omega was making at the time in 1958, imo.

On the first one you can just make out 166 ---3477 could make it a late 58 early 59.

I see what you see but the second number is so blurry
it could be an 8 and I'd want to see a better pic. I've
seen too many incorrect movement #'s in these and the
different color movement pieces make seeing it critical for me.
